Behind The Vice City

One of my most favourite game of all-time Grand Thief Auto: Vice City.

They just released a behind the scene of the game's design. Including the sketchbook of characters, motion capture, sounds, city renders, vehicle designs and many more. Giving inspirations to many people in different fields.

This incredible insight has just been released for its 10 year anniversary.

Percival Fashion Film

Percival's 2012 Autumn/Winter Fashion Film is trippy.

Lots of pre-production planning with many edits that are planned to work with each other.

I also like their most of their clothes even though most of the inspiration are stolen the styles are still contemporary.

FILMography

FILMography travels and tries to find the shot where the film was filmed.

The photos feels like it's crossing between fantasy and reality, locating your favourite scenes, fandom but it make you realise how some of your fav films might just be filmed at the same spots, stealing shots from other films.

The Dark Knight Rises (2012)

Goodfellas (1990)

The Avengers (2012)

Reasons to Stay in Hong Kong: 003

The last reason that I wanted to stay in Hong Kong is after watching A Simple Life (2011). A low budget film that swept in Venice Film Fest, Hong Kong Film Awards and many more other competitions.

Andy Lau, one of the most dedicated Hong Kong film personel produced and acted in the film. Despite great losses previously with other films he has invested he continues to support Hong Kong filmmaking. Other people such as Nicholas Tse has reinvested in to producing quality Hong Kong films. There is a strong pride and support in Hong Kong filmmaking. There's numerous passionate filmmakers in Hong Kong and I hope I can be part of this society and the movement to push Hong Kong film to the top.

Adding with the other two reasons I posted earlier I have a strong believe that Hong Kong film is going to revamp and be influential like it once did with martial art action movies and cultural styled films. There's many talented film directors and I hope I can be on the field and learn a thing or two from them.

Reasons to Stay in Hong Kong: 002

The next day 3rd November 5:00am I saw another video.

Made by a small crew of passionate people in Malaysia. The other reason why I would wanted to stay in Hong Kong is because of the people. It is a fast paced culture and people react in a faster efficient way. In Australia I have encountered too many talkers, they chill more than they do. They dream and talk about ideas when they've never taken action or the task is far from practical.

After watching the video above I looked into D1 Production's other videos such as 血魚,  The Making of Canon 650D TV Commercial and their 血魚 behind the scenes. All of the crew members are dedicated in their work, full of passion and the video reflects it. It's not an ordinary YouTube quality video but one that is like a micro-film, one that is capable of winning international short film fests.

In my opinion I think there are more people more passionate making a Hong Kong film than an Australian film. Also it is easier to recuit and build a proactive, dedicated and professional team in Hong Kong than Sydney.

Reasons to stay in Hong Kong: 001

Some of you may know I've got a one way ticket to Hong Kong. My mum got the ticket for me so it wasn't by choice I made that decision but it opened a door for me. As I hopefully graduate this year I'm looking for experience, career and opportunities. I think there's opportunities for me in Hong Kong but I'm just not sure what it is yet.

In the pass 3 days I saw videos lead me to believe in staying in HK for my career. Although those things might not be talking about Hong Kong or filmmaking directly, I thought it connects with me and my situation directly. In these posts I am going to write about the three videos to make make me believe in Hong Kong Films.

On Sunday 2nd November around 5:00am I saw a documentary on expats in Korea, Seoul.

Foreigners living in Seoul for an unknown extensive time. This is episode 1 of the series. I watched all three of the released episode til 6am and fell asleep thinking. If I go back to Hong Kong to work I would be more of a foreigner than a local, it would be a great experience to connect back to my roots, restart my life, meet new creatives and film enthusiast. They said Seoul is like a melting pot and Asia is the Europe of our era.

P.S. They shot these episodes with 3 Canon 5D Mark III, incredible.

confusion, should we want the life of others?

I probably won't try to make this one a rant, because you probably won't like to read long winded chunks of text anyway.

So what is it that people like? We all know that different people like different things. But how do you know what the person that you are trying to appeal to, likes? It goes for relationships, career, family. In relationships, one thing that is good for you, may not be good for another. But how do you know, that what you are like, appeals to the kind of person that you like. Being yourself may not guarantee that you will appeal to the person you want- unless by some stroke of genius or that your natural self is just universally seen as attractive. I know someone who I feel like has morphed into somebody that would appeal to others, in order to get what they want. Is this smart? So what about the idea of being yourself? Is this contradictory, or a fact of life? This is what some call 'playing the game', whether in love, career or succumbing to the conventions of society. Now that I am finally graduating, I feel a sense of numbness, that everything that I have worked towards, do not culminate a sense of worthwhile achievement, but more like evidence of having survived something. Its not a sense of ownership that I have done my best to achieve a goal that was pre-determined and thoroughly thought out as being the best for me.

And then there's the question of whose goal are you reaching? How does one define a worthwhile goal? I read this article about a woman who achieved great success, only to find all her friends are marrying off and she realises that actually, instead of focusing all her energy on being marginally better at managing her career, she hasn't really managed her relationships either. Others, may have compromised their career slightly for the sake of having a balanced lifestyle, and they are happier for it. So how does one decide on what is a worthwhile goal? I've just come to this idea that life is so short. I dont want to say that I have wasted it but I feel more lost now than ever- the world opens up and there are more choices, its confusing.

One can become successful in many ways, not doing so well now doesn't mean you cant be great later on in your life.

Alicia Muniz the founder and designer of Comme il Faut studied Psychology back in Uni and how she designs tango shoes for one of the most successful tango footwear in the world.

If you have an idea and determined then success will follow.

OYSHO Lingerie Winter Collection

A lady in her underwear feeling comfortable, relaxed, confident and sexy.

Walking in her house on a sunny day , reading a book, playing with the mattress trying out her lingerie, there's a sense of romance as she indulge playing out characters and scenarios. Patricia in Breathless? Isabelle in The Dreamers? Charlotte in Lost in Translation?

Shot beautifully in Black & White shows off the OYOSHO Winter Collection.

iPhone vs Leica

This interview is ridiculous, I mean everyone who understands photography knows the significant engineering of the Leica company.

It is not possible for an iPhone to replace a Leica even by a simple fact that it doesn't even have variable focal length, from fish eye to telephoto.

GTA Inspired film

Grand Thief Auto has been a big influence during my teenage years from GTA III, Vice City, San Andreas, IV and now GTA V is coming soon too :) Heavily film inspired with numerous references such as Pulp Fiction, Scarface, Speed, Casino and many more.

Now it's GTA turn to influence the new age film makers.

Inspired by GTA, Geovorg Karensky makes a crime short of Niko Bellic.

Sites of Hong Kong

A few people have asked me why I would move to film in Hong Kong and not film in Sydney?

There's many reasons actually but this is one of them:

Hong Kong is a beautiful city and it's just as photogenic as NYC with iconic locations, places, structures on every corner. Fantastic neon lights during nighttime for night scene shooting, nice cloudy days for morning shoots. The location itself gives you ideas, inspirations, creativity wherever you look.

I'd also realise that in a place like Sydney you really don't seem to have the thought of crossing paths with interesting characters such as psychos, serial killers, assassins, detectives, gangsters or superpowers. The location is simply not dense enough for others to witness or meet interesting people. We would meet multi-cultural ethnic people but they would seem to have the same lifestyle as we do. Incidents does not seem to happen as often in dense populated areas such as New York, Hong Kong, India, Japan, France where the film industry are richer than Australia. It is also a reason why Australians find it hard to relate to Australian films because even ourselves have not encountered such stories displayed on cinema...

ANYWAY here's a video showing you how videogenic Hong Kong can be.

Brooks x The Royal College of Arts

If anyone is into bicycles, fixies and riding then they must've heard of the great Brooks England company. Specialised in leather seating and quality  bicycle accessories they have dominated the marktet for decades.

One of the great things they are doing is collaborating with the students in The Royal College of Arts they assign the students to come up with Brooks England future products. This is a great way for Brooks to inspire themselves with young creative minds' ideas and also help students to get practical experience as they hope their products be chosen and manufactured.

I wish more companies will collaborate with Arts institutions because I think it will benefit both the company and the students.

Here's a video of the successful process.

Visvim's Vision

Hiroki Nakamura the designer for Visvim speaks about his inspirations.

He is trying to push fashion forward with function, form and endurance. Some of you might think his garments are a big price to pay but I think to some true supporters they are not only buying a piece of clothes. It is the technology, the effort and vision of Hiroki.

This video might give you a closer understanding of Visvim and the man behind the brand.

Hurricane Sandy

It's been a two weeks since it hit NYC but we never felt the impact, or how serious it got for everyone in NYC.

Luckily there's people who were daring enough to roam the streets on their bicycle and capturing the crazy happenings of New York.

I wouldn't say this is particularly awesome video making... but it's raw, it's realistic and you can feel the effects of hurricane Sandy.

Never knew making socks could be so complex.

The machines are weird, some things need to be man handled because of its delicacy.

As I've said before the socks game is getting more attention these days, get on it!

Dockers Men Of Style

Dockers pants have always been an American blue collar staple.

Recently they've been doing a lot of collaborations and video to gain more attention on the younger generations.

Surprisingly...Nick Wooster is going to be featured there.

Typography Chart

Ever since I was small I always liked typography. Trying to do bubble writing on the school desks, studying the types of typography in the manga. I realised the importance of it once I discovered that Steve Jobs attended a typography course in uni.

As I now have video, film projects with my crew I need to be more aware of typography. the style of font for my titles and logos.

I ran across this handy graph when I was exploring in my inspirational websites.

MAISON KITSUNÉ Look Book Video

In terms of lookbook videos, MAISON KITSUNE is probably one of the most successful in high fashion.

A Sunday afternoon in Paris, you wake up brain dead, you dance on your bed, music pumping loud, you try on your clothes, you pack, you leave for another place.

It's raw, romantic, young, wild, stylish.

Espen Fadnes, The man who flies

Looking at those GoPro, Rebull, Extreme Sports videos you'd think to yourself why the hell would someone just be brave enough to do that? Or wow... that's what I wanna do.

I'm always curious about the mind of the athletes that attempts those sports. What drives them or started it all.

This is a rare video I found that actually talks about to one of the daredevils. Espen Fadnes, a wingsuit world champion. We go into his mindset and the preparation required prior to his flight.

BUT

I haven't really seen timelapse tell a story. Timelapse are always just capturing landscapes, spaces and cities. This one is a little different. It tells a grand story of The Big Endeavour.

British Subcultures

Fred Perry Japan invested into making some short documentaries on the development of subcultures in Britain. It traces the origin of how rock & roll leather bikers, tailored slim cropped preppy mods or skinny studded punks came into development.

It a interesting look at why fashion was important in the old days especially for the poor working class.

For 60 years Fred Perry has been influential for the British youngsters,  it has grown internationally and selling the English heritage globally.

Short Film with Instagram

I don't have Instagram but everyone else seems to be in this craze of taken pictures with their iphone, layer a preset filter and share it everywhere.

Fast, easy, arty. That's why this app has been so successful.

This guy even took Instagram to a new level. Making a experimental moving picture animation with every photo taken via Instagram.

More new and lazy methods for the inspired editors.

Joseph x hitREcord x Levi's

Joseph Gordon-Levitt is a talented man, acted in Inception, Dark Knight Rises, 500 Days of Summer and many more.

He also has started a website called hitRECord to help aspiring creatives such as musicians, filmmakers, animators, illustrators, etc to have a platform for collaborations. The exciting part is that it's got Levi's attention and the website is only going to grow bigger.

Here's the Regular Joe himself to explain this interesting situation

New GoPro, New Hero

The lightweight camcorder that is currently dominating the extreme sports world has taken to new heights.

The new GoPro Hero3 that can shoot crazy quailty... more than the DSLRs which can only shoot 1080p HD while this can shoot an incredible 4000p @ 12 frames per sec (which I don't understand why it's 12 yet...). 4Kp is the equal quality on the cinema screen... I'm not saying this can start shooting films but it's incredible quality packed in the size of your hand.

Other features such as 12MP fps burst for photos and 720p 120fps for video. It is also WiFi built in so you can control it whenever you want.

Damn... I want one of those...

By the way Sony came out a Action Cam this year as well.... It's only the same quality as the old GoPro Hero2... but the same price as the Hero3.... you be the judge...

Polaroid: The Story

Everybody seems to get hold of a vintage Polaroid getting it to work again.

The aesthetics of a Polaroid camera seems to have its own unique charm. Being an instant tangible photo, film like qualities and relatively small compare to the DSLRs it is type of must-have camera.

Lots of people are trying to bring back the polarograph with The Impossible Project trying to reproduce the Polaroid films that once stopped manufacturing, Fujifilm making modern Polaroid type cameras. This type of camera has suddenly turned into a cult amongst camera enthusiasts, hipsters, vintage collectors and many more.

I'm not an expert in Polaroid cameras so this video will give you a better understanding. The significant impact Polaroid cameras has on not just the camera world but technology as well as culture.

Animals Eating Animals

What a great title to a video food blog that introduce food ventures in New York ranging from duck blood to pork face.

There is alot of food video blogs floating around especially for NY but I think it pays abit more attention to the video making. The typography, the intro, the b-rolls. The chefs also knows how to describe the food and have character which definitely helps engaging the audience.

They also dig into the chefs and bartenders in their secrets to their recipe. The video is also short and clean which I think is a smart move to make the audience keep following and clicking for the next episode... like me lol.

I would love to make videos like this for Sydney too but I'll definitely have to find the right people to host the show. Anyone interested or recommends people? Might start planning this for 2012 video making :D

I would post the first three episodes here, click READ MORE for the rest.

Skydiving Season?

My bunch of friends went skydiving recently, I saw one of their video taken by the supervising diver using the Go Pro and I was jealous and frightened.

I made a bet with my friend that whoever wins in 2013's City2Surf the loser pays for others' skydiving fee. First of all.. I've never ran more than 3km in my life...why would I think I would win her in the first place... Secondly I don't have an extra $600 to cover both of our expenses if we lose... Thirdly... Why did I want to skydive???!!!

Anyway... I dug up this old video I saved from Vimeo about skydiving. Using slow motion, calming music... I wonder if the divers do get that sense of calmness rather than blood pumping adrenaline with multiple times of experience...

Mediating in the sky would be like nirvana...

I always talk about how it's not how much you spend, but how creative you are.

What you need:
  • Two white walls
  • One white floor
  • One projector
Who you need:
  • Animator
  • Cameraman
  • Actor
That's it, the basic set up. See how others creativity just flies off!!!

Although this one done previously, but it doesn't mean it's not creative!!!

Spring Breaking

Well Spring is already here and the temperature is rising...very slowly.

Did anyone get a chance to the snow this year? I didn't....

If you're like me then this video can sum up that weekend for you. Snowboard is the way to go!!!

Very nice typography, they definitely knew what they were doing with the video. Bringing the right ND filters to get incredible shallow depth of field in the white, overexposed world. Nice colour grading and I "think" they added the snow flakes for the nice snow falling effect.

I'm very jealous now...lol

Bloody Children's Hospital

Just the right mix of seriousness and comedy I'd say.

Do you agree?

I wish I could have the props and stage they have so I can have a "blood fight" as well. Throwing blood bombs and getting my arms pumped for action lol.

Here's a lovely video to show you the seriousness of the annual blood drive.

Photo Bloggers to Vloggers

Photo blogging, particularly fashion photography blogging has been extremely popular over the past years and is continuing to grow all over the world.

Blogs such as The Satorialist from New York, Garance Dore from Paris/New York and Men in this Town from Sydney have developed a very solid fan base of followers that check out their websites daily searching for fashion trends and tips.

One of the trends though, is happening within the blogs. More of these bloggers are attempting to post and create videos for their content. Although having their own background in photography they sometimes hire or make the video themselves.

I don't know their reasons behind making videos for their website, but it is definitely exciting for me because it seems that the online video market is growing and we see more and more people demanding to create videos for their websites.

Although the film industry might be dying, the video industry in my opinion is growing.

JALOUSE Magazine Part II

Posting the JALOUSE Promo video back in 9th Jan 2012, they are coming back with another video!

I like the voice over character that is giving you extra layers of the story and be obvious with what the visual are trying to convey to the audience.

The video was well planned and shot during the happenings of Cannes Film Festival.

These videos are making me wanting to purchase their super chic magazines lol

Step back with techonology

It's always the Japanese who comes up with the most creative ideas that stands itself from the rest in almost any Arts related industry. This time they did it with their window display design.

Designed for ISSEY MIYAKE's Ginza shop in Japan, they design a simple analogy flipping devices that acts like old school clocks. With timely rotation, it creates a nice system that display several patterns to lure pass byers' attention.

In my opinion I definitely think the window display breaks out from the rest of other stores by simplify having an idea.

It's always been creativity that separates regular to different, regardless of the cost.

Paralympics 2012

I really respect the athletics at Paralympics their will power and determination.

This was a strong video campaign about the London 2012 Paralympics.

Their tough mind is always my inspiration.

No one will feel sorry for you... if you want to be the best you've got to fight it yourself, other people can only help so much. Keep pushing yourself to the limit and you will step onto the biggest stage possible.

Gentlemen of Style

Surgram Films and Guerreisms have collaborated to produce a video on fellow Gentlemen around the globe. They been all over fashion magazines, blogs, photos, videos, interviews. These men are not styled by others, they have developed very personal styles through the years with trial and error.

Style needs to be developed and is individual for everyone.

Part 1 & 2

Sunday 26 August 2012

Fashion Recycled

Some of you hate this idea,

Some of you live by this idea,

Some of you haven't even heard of this idea,

It's called "Thrifting", act of shopping at a thrift store, flea market, garage sale, or a shop of charitable organisation, usually with the intent of finding interesting items at a cheap price. I know that some of you have already been getting into this habit picking up great cheap vintage items.

I personally like this concept because I believe that you don't need to go into flagship stores and purchase overpriced clothing to be fashionable. Style can be affordable if you have a great taste, attentive eye and also have no problems with hygiene (beware to wash before you wear!).

This is an example of a successful person that lives by thrifting, Sean Brown and he even has his own website that promotes this concept The Art of Reuse.

Think everyone should attempt adapting to this concept cause it reduces your expenses while keeping yourselves stylish :)

They also have a crew of thrifters, opening a second hand store, promoting this concept to people, blogging news about thrifting and educating others with this idea.

The Sound of Creation

Many people say sound makes 50% of the film, but many people don't buy that idea.

I hope tis video will solidify that fact.

Unlike a lot of product videos this one takes the extra mile into detail. The sound of dust, sawing, sanding, unlocking, refining and even the interview's audio is very nice and crisp.

I like how that even though they have a slider to make movement shots they still use a lot of still close-ups on the tools, equipment, hands, boards, etc... The lighting is also very balanced as well it's a piece done by the pros because it's so well done.

They use the Red Epic camera which I think is crazy because of all the dust flowing around it might get into the lens elements or the camera... :S

The sound definitely makes this video a whole lot better.

Spaced Out Timelapse Photograhy

I know I am constantly posting up timelapse videos or skateboarding videos but hey this is pretty "out of this world".

These photos are taken from the International Space Station and edited into a fine piece of video. All photos are taken by the crew up there on the ISS.

Not that many of us can go out of space and take photos or videos so this is the closest thing I guess?

80 Years of Lego

Lego is a legendary company, I mean who has touched or played lego before in their lives?

The history of Lego is actually quite interesting and it shows that people who succeeds are the ones who prevail.

I must admit this goes on for a little too long but then it does try to pack in a 80 year story into 17mins...

It's worth your time cause it's a heart warming story and who knows it might inspire you too :)

Dark Knight Falls

I wanted to watch and post this earlier but I didn't watch The Dark Knight Rises (2012) until Friday.

It's an incredible stop-motion. Well thought out with great set design, lighting, props, photography, visual graphics etc..

This is not "much" of a spoiler with some actions that are imitating a few shots from the Dark Knight Rises.

This is a must see if you are a batman fan.

P.S. I really really want that Joker figurine!!!

Creative Cinematography by Shwood

Well everyone is trying to be creative these days, it's the way to stand out from the crowd and really embed their work in people's mind, it's been very competitive.

I think one of the ways to become more creative is definitely become more knowledgeable in your field which can be turn into skill.

I just discovered an new technique in this video. Although it's a old technique it hasn't been used in many videos which brings a fresh look into their Lookbook video.

How they achieve this technique is calld "Steroscopy". It creates an illusion to the audience of a 3D depth video. It is achieved by simultaneously recording two video side by side and switching between the shot between moments.

I guess the idea behind using the technique because it is related to eye wear, two optics side by side. Like blinking left and right repetitively.

Anyway I've definitely learnt something, and might be useful in my future videos :)

Tiny Timelapse Machine

Kickstarter is an awesome website in which if you haven't known of their existence by now... you should really check them out.

Many entrepreneurs have started their products in this website and inventing creations that are innovating and exciting for both the consumers and the creator themselves.

It is like a testing ground for people that are thinking to mass produce their products, wondering if it'll sell.

Here's is an example of the product that they have uploaded.

I would really love to have this but unfortunately it's not compatible with my GH2 camera..:(

A.Roll.of.Film.a.Week.4.Everyone.is.waiting.for...

To the old man in his front yard, “you waiting for someone ?”He looked at me, “Oh no, I am just checking out those girls on the otherside of the road.” 老友你也在等人嗎?那個老伯伯說我在看對面街的女仔
“Who are you waiting for?” I asked the old lady in the wheel chair.
She replied “he passed away long time ago, I am waiting for my turn. We will finally see each other soon, hope he can recognise me.”
老婆婆,妳在等什麼?婆婆說:「老伴早去了,我在等死。很快可以和他會面了。」
Are you hiding? Or am I? She asked. “None of us are, just that sometimes reality is playing hide and seek with us,” I said.
妳在躲還是我在躲?其實我兩都在明只是世界越來越暗

Room from the Top

This is a fresh new perspective, it's almost like a 2D artwork in itself. Turn your idea upside down and run with it.

The Lost Explorer

A lot of fashion look book videos are very much very similar, a model walking around in some nice scenery such as Paris, Milan, some forrest, abandon architecture, etc...

I try to post more interesting fashion videos in here because they should taken credit for.

This teaser video did his job well, it really made me curious of their Fall Winter collection.

There also seems to be a trend of using miniature figurines these days but I'm not sure how it started, maybe you guys can answer that for me?

Renault's Amazing Alpine A110 Video

This is a great car chase video covering all the shots: Long shot, wide shot, close-ups, trailing shots, slow-motion.

The idea behind it was great too using the new Renault car racing against the same man Jean Ragnotti in the old Renault 50years ago.

A brilliant showcase of the new Alpone A110 and the original driving side by side.

Visual Doc on Tumblr

Now Visual Documentary is going to be on Tumblr as well as Blogger.

I've createed the Tumblr site because I want it to focus and present solely on me & my friend's work.

Blogspot is going to be blogging about our inspirations.

I find it hard for other's to view my work on this platform that is why I'm going to try and create two so I can present my personal work as well as my friend's in a more viewable format.

I hope this is a going to be a good start, please bear with me lol

Smashing Photos

Found these amazing photos back in April and I almost forgot to share and post them.

I don't have the photographer name so I couldn't credit him/her and link you to more of these graphical photographs but at least you might get inspired.

Le Miroir

A beautiful short film that takes us through a person's life in 06:20 and only in the bathroom.

I always think that the bathroom is the most personal space anyone can have in a home because your most likely alone and your hygiene, personal belongings, behaviour can be presented in a person's bathroom.

Street Fighter x Dragon ball x Pokemon

I was so bored out of my head that I took out my old collection and decided to take some miniature shots just like Kai did in Digital Rev.

Electric Blue Heaven

Globe video campaigns are always summery. With skaters, surfers as the focus of their products and amazing girls in the back/foreground distracting you constantly. But they always make decent videos and being able to capture amazing scenes and footage.

GoPro HD HERO2

Me and my friends have been making several videos this year and we've been making or going to record a few variety of videos. Such as short films, performances, interviews, weddings etc. We have two cameras: a Canon 7D and a Panasonic GH2. Both highly regarded in the video SLR field but sometimes they have limitations, such as protecting them from being potentially damaged, expenses to spend on their accessories or just simply not being about to capture 120fps (frames per sec) to get some nice slow motion.

GoPro is like the camera that can cover those flaws, mount it high above ground, go underwater, put it near an explosion scene and put it at 120fps to get some awesome production value shots.

There are cons to the GoPro of course, it's the fact that you cannot change the aperture, focal length, white balance etc. It's not the most technical camera but it's damn handy and you can afford it being smashed into pieces risking for your million dollar shot.

This video shows you more ways you can use and abuse your GoPro(s).

A.Roll.of.Film.a.Week

Why?
Firstly it's a perfect match with the name  of this blog. A visual documentary, a visual diary. The elements that are captured in each roll of film are like a record of my experience, my mind set my emotion and events. It may not appear as interesting to the audiences at the moment, but i do hope in the future we can witness an improvement in how I convey the meanings of my journey , as well as the actual journey itself .

What?
There are no themes, anything that interest me, anything that interest her.  When time goes by and when I look back, pictures may link and create a story underneath.  Life is reincarnation, events repeat itself, everyday life can be hideous. We all get lost sometimes, the important thing is how we find our way back.

When?

Drift Motion

This is like by far the best car race video documentary that I've seen.

The video filter effects, the camera techniques and the audio was crisp.

It's nice to see that they added the extra layer of beauty into the video instead of pure recording the performance of the drivers and cars.

Speed of Light

I went out late last night with my friends and ended up waiting to catch the night bus ride home. As we wait for the ride my friend went to buy a pack of cigarettes.

"Just stay here and take photos while I go buy them."

So I stayed, and took photos.
