Creative Projects

I always talk about how it's not how much you spend, but how creative you are.

What you need:
  • Two white walls
  • One white floor
  • One projector
Who you need:
  • Animator
  • Cameraman
  • Actor
That's it, the basic set up. See how others creativity just flies off!!!

Although this one done previously, but it doesn't mean it's not creative!!!

Here's what really happened.... Click READ MORE

Poetry with Beats

"Hip-hop is a masterpiece, but nobody painted it all"

It's a documentary trying to understand the culture of rap and the people who help shape the genre today. This is a must watch for those who are into music and culture.

Discotecture???

When was the last time you stepped into a nightclub and went

"wow...this is the coolest place ever"

I haven't been in a place like that in Sydney but I haven't gone out much to judge.

So what makes people think it's the best nightclub in town, a place that makes people want to return every weekend?

The endless list of drinks? The soul pumping music? The neon flashing lights? The artistically decorated area? The soundproof quiet zone? The spacey spotlighted dance floor? The hand picked handsome looking staff?  The cool network of hipsters?

I don't think a lot of people actually thought about the elements of clubs they go into, it's most probably just the "right vibe".

VICE Magazine & Heineken  is doing a series on Discotecture, discovering all the creative elements that goes into a nightclub.

P.S. The nightclubs in NYC looks so crazy compare to what we have in Sydney...

Tenacious D

One of the best bands in the world has finally reunited to create a new album that's coming out on May 15th.

Witnessing them live at the end of last year when I watched the Foo Fighters, I can really assure you that they deserve their nickname GOD D.

Live Fast Die Young.

If you haven't watched this Music Video then you have to.

It is one of the music videos that are done very well and the visuals were actually matching and making sense compare to many other music videos out there.

And if your curious they just put out the "Behind the Scenes" for this epic music video.

Dubstepping

I don't get why he chose this background for this performance nor did I understood why he stole the inception script and neither did I appreciate this cinematography skills.

What I do know is that he's got mad...Dubstep?

Anyway...check him out

The Death Set - Can You Seen Straight?

When I watch this video I wasn't aware it was a music video. I thought it was a documentary with music in the background.

I think the video was well shot and edited, and the audience is consumed by the busy life of the protagonist. It looks realistic and lively unlike most of the music videos today where they portray the "party" life of the musician pretending how much fun, drugs and woman they have in their lives.

It makes me wanna experience what they are living hahahha.

Di Di Disney Reeeeeemixxx

Disney Music just got an update.

This video they creatively re-edit the scenes from Snow White to produce a remixed soundtrack from their sound effects & dialogue audio.

Pretty cool if they play this when I go clubbing lol.

Ben Sherman Conversations

Ben Sherman is putting two artists in two different fields together in a room and force them to wear their clothes (which isn't bad at all) and make them talk to each other about modernism and how they work their craft.

I picked to show Part: 2 to you cause it's got a photographer, and musicians are always interesting anyway. So hope you guys get inspired by some of their talks and admire some menswear along the way. lol

The blue shawl cable knit looks pretty fine to me. Christmas is near and I'm a size Small for Ben Sherman :)
