Street Etiquette is a fashion blog website that I visit regularly because of Joshua and Travis' eye for style and not just going for high-end expensive clothing.
They have developed a huge fan base over the years from Look Book to their own website. They explain their pieces in detail so people can see their insight about their taste and eye for style.
This video they again lets us go into their world and let us understand how bloggers impacted the fashion industry over the years and the roles they are starting to play in the coming years.
Came across this inspiring video about the natural disasters that happened in Japan.
Sometimes you don't need to donate money or go to Japan and help rebuild their communities. If you want to help there's got to be ways.
The guy is serving coffee for those who lost their business. The man behind camera is documenting the incidents. There's many ways to contribute and help out if you want to.
I just found out that there's a short film after Toy Story 3 and it's about Ken & Barbie!!! This is only a glimpse of it though if you want to watch it I think you have to buy the DVD or go to watch a Pixar in a cinema and they should play it before screening the feature.
When I was searching for this video I also found out that Toy Story 4 might be coming out at the end of this year!!! I hope that would not disappoint because Toy Story 3 wrapped up perfectly.
I don't really find Edison Chen's style particularly stylish so I don't see myself going to their store JUICE in Hong Kong buying any CLOT products.
But I guess I'm just a hater? Anyway in this video he is gonna "modify" a pair of nike shoes for a Nike X CLOT collaboration and he basically just sands the surface of the shoe, making it appear "worn out".
I personally hate the idea of buying torn and worn clothing because I believe in buying a new item for wear & tear. So basically I think Edison looked like a retard here for 13:25...can't believed I watched this shit...and the cinematography was unstable and constantly out of focus.
Anyway comment below if you agree with me or support Mr. Chen
This is just the behind the scenes video of the campaign they are doing with their shoe NB574.
I have been telling my friends for a while that I want a pair of NB and this video explains why. The range of colour ways, the flexibility to pair it with sporty or casual or with chinos. It's a really dynamic shoe that you can wear in almost any occasion except ones that needs to be perfectly suited up.
I'm also excited to see this video because of the camera equipment they use. Very similar to what me and my friends have and we will soon too make incredible videos.
Vince Ha-Hau and I went to the Jamie Oliver's restaurant in Sydney for a dinner. The food was great and Vince put down some notes about the place.
Here's some of the notes he wrote down:
Atmosphere
Stylish yet relaxing
nice date place
would come back just for environment
Food:
Italian Nachos
Fried Buffalo Ricotta Ravioli was crisp and golden yellow, flavours of the ricotta wasn't over powering which worked well
Sauce, the "angry" side gave a kick in the pallet like a salsa
Complimented very well with the saltiness of the ravioli.
Prawn Linguini
Flavoursome, great textures pasta was al dente.
The broth was infused with the flavours of prawn with a spicy after taste, it all compliments each other especially the rocket as the bitterness is intense when eaten itself, not when eaten together though.
Crab & Squid Ink Risotto
Due to the ink, black food doesn't look appealing, however the flavous was brilliant & the risotto was cooked perfectly.
I (Samuel) personally though this was great though not enough cause we ordered the smaller size. The risotto was nice and crunchy the flavours was packed with punches.
The Ultimate Brownie
Good presentation
Great vanilla ice-cream - smooth real vanilla flavour.
Brownie is nice, hot & rich with chocolate flavour.
However it taste too soft & moist felt more like a chocolate cake not a brownie.
He forgot to write his dessert.
.I only remember his dessert was better overall.
This was a great place to eat consistent above average food and to chat and share ideas.
Very relaxing, good music, service and surroundings.
Sure will come remember and come back again some time.
It's so easy to mount on the pinwide and decide start shooting everything.
I guess I need to improve on the geometry of my composition and geometry of my shots. Be more selective with my choice to take even more interesting shots instead of always aiming at palm trees and shadow.
Come on... the guys know that summer is dead, there was hardly a day with T, shorts and thongs... and the rain is pouring down on us every second day.
So let's forget the summer dress code and start planning on the winter season.
Here are some photos for inspiration. They are less formal, I've decided not to post collared or shirts because it's not as common as us dressing in casual.
